Where's my stuff?
You may track your order with your billing email address and the order number on the Track Your Order page. If you have an account with us, you may check all of your order statuses on the My Orders page. If your order is lost, please contact us immediately.
Do you provide tracking information?
Of course! After you place your order, you will receive an email with your “receipt” that provides your order information and order number. Once we ship your order, you will automatically be emailed a USPS tracking code. You may use the USPS website to track your shipment, or you may also use your account to track your shipments as well.
When do you ship your orders?
All Bitcoin/Litecoin orders are shipped as soon as we receive 4 confirmations. All eCheck orders are shipped within 48 hours after ordering to ensure the eCheck clears. All USPS COD orders are shipped as soon as they are confirmed with the customer.
Will the postman know what I bought?
